 We’re bringing Mardi Gras to Millennial for a night of bold flavors, festive drinks, and classic New Orleans–inspired fun. Expect a party atmosphere with Hurricane cocktails flowing, Mardi Gras–themed food, and a little friendly chaos in true Carnival fashion. The highlight of the night? Our Plastic Baby Scavenger Hunt. We’ll be hiding babies throughout the taproom—find one and win prizes and free drinks. Simple rules, real rewards, and plenty of laughs.

This special event brings together authentic flavors, live performances, and traditions from across Asia, all in one immersive experience. Enjoy street food–inspired dishes representing six different Asian countries, alongside themed cocktails and our Japanese Rice Lager brewed in-house, crafted to pair perfectly with bold, global flavors. From classic cheddar classics to wild, gourmet twists, this is all about the cheese—and plenty of it.
