Six (or more!) of the best BBQ joints and food trucks in the region will bring their A-game, serving up smoky, mouthwatering dishes you won’t want to miss. 🌮🔥 Fuego y Sabor: Latin Food Throwdown at Millennial 🔥🌮 Bold Flavors. Creative Latin Cuisine. Fierce Competition.  Bring the heat to Millennial for Fuego y Sabor, SWFL’s ultimate Latin Food Throwdown! Top chefs and food trucks will compete to serve the most delicious, bold, and creative Latin dishes. From tacos, empanadas, arepas, ceviche, pupusas, tamales, churros, and more, there’s something for every flavor seeker. Sip on house-made Latin-inspired cocktails, enjoy cold beer, and cheer on your favorite chefs as they battle it out for culinary glory. Plus: When the competition ends, the party begins!
